First Consultation

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if my therapeutic approach aligns with your counseling goals. This is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what you hope to achieve through therapy, and explore how we can work together. If you decide to move forward, we can also schedule your first session during this call.
